Abstract : This study aimed to know the factors influencing the plan of studying in information since department in the bachelor degree at King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. These factors included inside and outside influences will require specific Professional and personnel Competencies to match labor requirements. Survey method was used to know the points of weakness and strength in that plan. Information gathered by questionnaire from faculty members. The most important result was about this plan not yet clarify its core courses, and not ready to work towards knowledge management.
